Datuk Michael Ong C.K
Group CEO of E&J Group of Companies, a trained in both Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveyor has started off his career as a Site Supervisor with a number of both local and international construction company as Project Managers and Project Directors.
Together with family members, he founded Ecobuilt (M) Sdn. Bhd. In 1998. As to date with more than 43 years of experience in the construction industry, Datuk Michael has completed projects valued beyond RM1 Billion for the Group. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer for E&J Group of Companies and takes charge of all operational aspects on the business development, contract negotiation and overall management for the group to ensure progressive growth for the company.
Group Managing Director of E&J Group of Companies and a professional Civil Engineer with beyond 32 years of valuable experience in infrastructure, building and property development field. He started his career as an engineer with Gamuda Bhd. And thereafter with Kennision Brother as a Senior Project Manager.
Ir. Yap is one of the founders of Pembinaan Infra E&J Sdn. Bhd. And is a dynamic individual with very strong and dynamic leadership skills in leading the company in completing every project under his guidance.

Ir. Mervyn Ung
A professional Civil and Structure Engineer with beyond 23 years of working experience as a Civil and Structure Consultant in providing a wide range of Professional Engineering services encompassing project management, structural design, earthwork and infrastructure design and construction supervision. Ir Mervyn has completed various building comprises factories, high rise building, terrace houses to shop houses.

Ir. Mervyn also has set high aims in completing projects under his consultation with Quality Assurance and Quality Control with good engineering practice in compliance with codes and building by law.
Holds a Degree in Civil Engineering with beyond 14 years of working experience in U.S.A and with beyond 27 years of working experience in the construction industry has managed and over powered various types of site supervision to ensure productivity at site to be at the top condition to meet the project scheduled timeline.

Yee Yan
Director of E&J Damai. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Housing, Building & Plannning) from University Sains Malaysia in March 2001. She has more than 18 years of experience in contract administration and construction of building – high-rise, landed house, shop lots, factory, and infrastructure.

She is responsible for preparing costing and submission, attending tender interviews and negotiation meetings, sourcing, costing estimation for value engineering proposal, preparing project cash flow and project budget, organising and coordinating the contract team, reviewing material cost comparison and sub-contract awarding, monitoring timely submission of claims; assessment of Variation Order (VO) and preparation of final submission of accounts to clients and sub-contractors.
Director of E&J Damai. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University Putra Malaysia in 2001. He is currently responsible for the project management and coordination of projects in E&J Damai.

Having started his career in M-Factor Group in 2001, he has experienced every trade of construction and pride himself on his strong technical background. Furthermore, with his experience also in the development side during his time with Suncity Berhad in 2010, he has learned the responsibilities of both as client and contractor, which helps give him an edge to make an efficient construction process to produce a result with great quality. With more than 20 years of experience in building construction, he is an individual of great caliber.
